Kill The Ego (KTE) – Shipping Policy

At Kill The Ego (KTE), every order is made-to-order with precision and care. We partner with trusted fulfillment providers to ensure your gear reaches you securely, wherever you train.


Processing Time

  • Each item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • During high-volume periods, limited releases, or product drops, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–15 business days
International Shipping: 10–30 business days (if enabled)

These are estimated windows and do not include production time. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Address Accuracy

  • Please verify your shipping details before confirming your order.

  • If you notice an error and the order has not shipped, contact us immediately at ktekrew@gmail.com.

  • Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped upon return, but additional shipping charges will apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged order (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) at ktekrew@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable.

  • Approved cases will be replaced as quickly as possible.


Delivered but Not Received

  • If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

  • Packages may be left in secure areas (porch, mailbox, or front desk).

  • KTE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


International Orders (Optional)

  • We ship worldwide where fulfillment is available.

  • Some regions may experience longer delivery times or limited service.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

You can disable international shipping at any time if it’s causing issues.
