At Kill The Ego (KTE), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at ktekrew@gmail.com.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ktekrew@gmail.com, including photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer direct size exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your original purchase within 30 days of delivery and place a new order once your return is approved. The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it with original tags and packaging included. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ktekrew@gmail.com with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Are any purchases final sale?

Final Sale Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or fit preference beyond size exchanges. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

When will I get my order?

Shipping & Delivery

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Each item is made-to-order and requires 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–15 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–30 business days (if enabled)

These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the 3–7 business day production time. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues outside our control.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
