Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ktekrew@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Size Exchanges
We do not offer direct size exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your original purchase within 30 days of delivery and place a new order once your return is approved. The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it with original tags and packaging included. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Wrong Item Received

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or fit preference beyond size exchanges. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
